Opened in 2016 by Charles Asselbaye (former owners of Island Brew Coffeehouse, with nearly two decades of experience in the coffee industry, having taken an apprenticeship in coffee roasting then becoming a roastmaster at a subsidiary of Peet’s Coffee & Tea, and now with this) and his wife Amy, it’s a specialty coffee roaster who focused on Hawaiian coffees along with beans from other origins (Sumatra, Colombia…). It offers breakfast and lunch served all day, all made fresh in da house, with local products; specialty coffee and specialty drinks.
