Located near the beautiful Tejo River, once an old pharmacy, Comoba decided to revive its century-old arches and polish the original flagstone floors to honour its traditional architecture. The coffee shop opened its doors in 2018, focusing on honesty, craftsmanship, local production and real food. Their specialty coffee is fair trade and organic (roasted in small batches by our partners at Outpost Coffee Roasters & Sgt. Martinho), they use own house-made milks (almond, coconut and rice) for flat-whites and lattes, and their artisanal matcha tea is sourced directly from Japan. They use organic, seasonal produce from local farmers and fishermen, and all their ceramics are handmade in the Algarve region of Portugal.
