Muda is a specialty coffee roaster based in Lille. At its origin there is Dajo Aertssen, double champion of France and vice-world champion of Cup Tasters 2019. During his ten years of experience in the coffee sector, Dajo has been able to work at all the key stages of the value chain: production, roasting and preparation. He now wishes to put this expertise at your disposal, by selecting and roasting the best beans for Cafés MUDA.
