Born in 2001 as one of the first places in Italy for coffee tasting, it serves a complete list of single origin coffee both in espresso and filter plus some delicious coffee treats (zabaione, panna cotta and much more.) The owner Alessandro Galtieri won twice in a row the competition as Italian Brewers Cup Champion, plus a 3rd place at the 2019 World Brewers Cup): he’s Aroma’s head barista, but he’s also a SCA trainer and the author of various specialty coffee’s books.
